Management Information Systems
The College of Business Administration offers a curriculum leading to the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in management information systems. Courses in this area focus on the advanced technologies used in business and industry today. Emphasis is on computer applications, information management and data analysis. Graduates possess skills in the application of microcomputer software and related tools. They understand the value of "information" and the various technologies used to help organizations use information. In addition, Students have a solid grounding in methodologies of data analysis to support business decision making. Directed studies and internships offering practical experience in organizations are also available.
