Marketing

The major in Marketing focuses on developing the skills necessary to determine the product and service needs of consumers and industries as well as the organizational issues involved in creating and delivering products and services. The courses required of a marketing major give the student a well-rounded view of consumer and organizational needs and an understanding of the applications of marketing research and communication techniques. Recent graduates have accepted positions in sales, customer service, direct marketing, media planning and event coordination.

  • BUS 441 - Leadership Skills Development
  • BUS 460 - Global Supply Chain Management
  • BUS 465 - Marketing Communications
  • BUS 468 - Global Marketing
  • BUS 470 - Strategic Marketing Management
  • And one creative or analytical elective (check with your advisor for a complete list of eligible courses)
