Marketing

The major in Marketing focuses on developing the skills necessary to determine the product and service needs of consumers and industries as well as the organizational issues involved in creating and delivering products and services. The courses required of a marketing major give the student a well-rounded view of consumer and organizational needs and an understanding of the applications of marketing research and communication techniques. Recent graduates have accepted positions in sales, customer service, direct marketing, media planning and event coordination.
