The Beta Alpha Psi pledge application can be downloaded or picked up from the College of Business Administration receptionist on the 3rd Floor of Ballentine Hall.
Criteria for pledging are:
For Accounting Majors - 3.0 overall GPA and 3.0 GPA in all business courses
For Finance Majors - 3.0 overall GPA and 3.0 GPA in all business courses
Criteria for membership are:
3.0 overall grade point average
3.0 grade point average in major
Completed at least 3 upper division credits in major
Attend and actively participate in a minimum of 50% of the total hours of meetings and events offered
Agree to maintain or improve level of participations
Hours
As accounting firms keep track of activity, pledges and members’ participation will be recorded based on the amount of hours attended at meetings and events. 50 minutes = 1 hour.
