Graduation

Students intending to graduate must complete the Intent to Graduate Form.

If you are planning to graduate in December 2007, you should have received an email (to the address listed on your e-campus account) with a link to the Exit Survey and Intent to Graduate Form. If you have not received this email and desire to be on the December graduation list, please consult with the Dean’s Office on the third floor of Ballentine Hall. The deadline for December graduates is the last day of classes, December 10, 2007.

If you are planning to graduate in May 2008, you will receive an email in the Spring 2008 semester with a different link to these surveys.
