e-Campus and WebCT

e-Campus and WebCT are used throughout the University, and specifically within the College of Business to enhance the educational experience. e-Campus, a PeopleSoft/Oracle product, provides an interface from which students and staff can manage class schedules, view course catalogs, maintain personal information and various other tasks essential to the student and the administration.

WebCT compliments classes by enabling professors and staff to post class material such as presentations, educational games or surveys for students in the class. In addition WebCT is utilized as a complete test taking environment; students can take tests and receive grades and feedback from the same interface. Lastly, WebCT can connect students and their professors (and also students to other students) through the use of group discussions maintained in an open, threaded format.
